Where we deliver
We deliver within a service radius of up to 10 km around each Buildo fulfilment point, inside designated zones. Check the Check delivery page or use the app to see if your site is covered. We decide coverage from the map pin of your delivery site, not from your pincode alone.

Delivery time targets
- 0–3 km: target under 20 minutes
- 3–5 km: about 25–30 minutes
- 5–10 km: about 30–45 minutes
These targets apply to eligible in-stock products inside designated zones from the time your order is ready to leave the fulfilment point. They are not guarantees. Traffic, weather, site access, order volume and how quickly an item can be picked affect the real time. The app shows an estimate before you pay and updates it as your order moves.

Heavy and bulk materials
Cement, sand, bricks, steel and other large-volume materials are delivered on a schedule we agree with you. They are not part of the 20-minute service. The date, time window and charges are confirmed before you pay.

Delivery charges
Any delivery or handling charge is shown in your bill before you pay. Charges depend on distance and order size.

At your site
- Give a correct map pin, landmark and a contact number that will be answered.
- A delivery OTP is sent to the site contact. Share it only after you have received your order. The OTP and photos taken by the delivery partner are our proof of delivery.
- A person must be available to receive the goods. Unloading beyond the delivery point is not included unless the app offers it for your order.

- ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಇಳಿಸುವ (ಅನ್‌ಲೋಡಿಂಗ್) ಕೆಲಸ ಸೇರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
Failed deliveries
If we cannot deliver because the site is unreachable, nobody can receive the order, or the order is refused, the order returns to the fulfilment point. You can ask for a new delivery, or cancel and be refunded after any delivery and return charges allowed by the Returns, refunds and cancellation policy.

ಸೈಟ್‌ಗೆ ತಲುಪಲು ಆಗದ ಕಾರಣ, ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ, ಅಥವಾ ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಆಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಹತ್ತಿರದ Buildo ಸ್ಟೋರ್‌ಗೆ ವಾಪಸ್ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ನೀವು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಕೇಳಬಹುದು, ಅಥವಾ ರಿಟರ್ನ್, ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸಲೇಶನ್ ನೀತಿ ಅನುಮತಿಸುವ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಿಟರ್ನ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡಿ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸಲ್ ಮಾಡಿ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delay caused by weather, road closures, strikes, government orders or other events outside our reasonable control. We will tell you in the app if your order is delayed.
